Emmanuel joined the Firm in the year 2019 having previously worked in the firm of Messrs Kipkenda & Co. Advocates.
He primarily focuses on Property (Conveyancing), Corporate, Commercial Law, Banking and Finance, Land Use and Planning, Real Estate and Dispute Resolution. Emmanuel has experience with dealing in Property purchases transactions, representing financial institutions, Intellectual Property Protection, Business formations, Company restructuring and Commercial Agreements. His experience extends to advising commercial and residential developers on all aspects of real estate development including but not limited to Change of User/Amalgamation/Sub-division/Extension of Lease, Legal due diligence, drafting Agreements/Leases and registration of the relevant documents.
Emmanuel is also a Professional Mediator and has mediated several commercial and civil disputes.
