David is an Associate in our commercial and conveyancing department. He joined our Firm in 2016 as a legal trainee and gained Admission to the Roll of Advocates in 2019.
David has garnered a wealth of experience in corporate and commercial transactions and has prepared and processed numerous Agreements for Sale, Joint Venture Agreements and Share Purchase Agreements in favour of both natural persons and corporate entities. He has given advice on a variety of corporate and commercial transactions and oversees such transactions from their inception until their conclusion.
He has received intense training and has been heavily involved in Banking and Finance Law and the preparation and perfection of securities.
In addition, David is conversant with company secretarial work and has undertaken the incorporation and internal restructuring of several companies.
