Adeel Madhani is an Associate in the Commercial and Conveyancing Department. He advises on a range of matters including real estate transactions, development, infrastructure projects, leasing, corporate joint ventures, funds, and financing. He is regularly consulted on local law and regulatory issues concerning complex transactions and arbitration matters.

Adeel’s business background gives him an excellent grounding in the technical aspects of banking and finance. He has experience in development properties and financing, banking securities, commercial contracts, and company restructuring including corporate and partnership structures.

Adeel graduated from Birmingham University (UK) with a Law with Business degree and later graduated with Distinction at Nottingham Law School (UK) in Legal Practice. Adeel then earned his MSc in Global Banking and
Finance from the prestigious European Business School (London) in 2012.
