Banking
The commercial team advises several reputable Kenyan Banks and financial institutions on secured, unsecured, bilateral and syndicated financing and loans with a particular emphasis on corporate finance, international trade finance, property finance as well as chattels finance. The team also offers general banking and regulatory advice to financial institutions and assists corporate clients in the management of their trade finance and treasury operations.
Notably, we have recently been called upon to assist in receivership and management of several corporate entities for some of our financial clients engaging in corporate financing.

The department also specializes in creation and perfection of securities for a wide range of financial arrangements and schemes for both corporate and private clients including:
